Monthly Recurring Charges and Initial Set Up Fee

 
You will first pay separately for your initial set up fee. You then will be directed to pay for your monthly service by the first day of each billing cycle. Billing cycles are based on when you initially signed up for service. For instance, if you started service on the 15th of the month, your billing due date will be on or about the 15th each month thereafter.
When paying by credit card, we will automatically e-mail you and request payment from your credit card on or about the first day of your billing cycle. Your account will be suspended if you do not pay within 3 days. i-Mind Transformations will notify you by email if your account is suspended, so that you may update your account. You may also pay for services in advance and i-Mind transformations will notify you on each billing cycle of your current charges and balance.
By paying the initial set-up fee, you are agreeing to pay the set monthly fees. To cancel your membership you must contact us 24 hours prior to the charge taking place. If at anytime payment is not made by the set date, you account will be suspended. If account suspension takes place, you will have 30 days to re-activate your account without paying the initial set-up fee again.
 
 
 
Cancellation
 
 i-Mind Transformations reserves the right to cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation, i-Mind   Transformations will refund any unused amounts that you have paid. If your account is cancelled because you have violated i-Mind Transformations usage policies, no refund will be paid.
You may cancel your service at anytime. You may do this by email. Simply let us know what username (login name) you want cancelled.
